BIDIC(“본 앱”)는 명함을 스캔해 연락처를 저장하고, 사용자 본인의 이메일(SMTP) 계정을 통해 소개·후속 메일을 보내는 앱입니다. 본 앱은 어떤 데이터도 당사 서버로 수집하지 않습니다.

처리하는 정보

스캔한 연락처 정보(이름·이메일·전화·회사·직함·선택적 명함 이미지): 기기에 로컬 저장되며, 사용자의 허용 시 iOS 연락처에 저장됩니다.
SMTP 자격증명: 호스트·아이디는 로컬 저장, 비밀번호는 기기 Keychain에만 저장되며 당사로 전송되지 않습니다.
동의 기록: 스캔한 상대의 메일 수신 동의 여부와 시점.

광고·추적 없음

본 앱에는 광고, 추적, 제3자 분석/크래시 SDK가 전혀 없습니다. 사용자의 SMTP 서버로 메일을 직접 보내는 것과 아래 Railing 연동(사용자가 직접 켠 경우에만) 외에는 어떤 네트워크 통신도 하지 않습니다.

Railing 연동 (선택)

설정에서 Railing 연결하기로 본인의 Railing 계정에 로그인하면, 스캔한 연락처 정보(이름·이메일·전화·직함·회사 등 텍스트, 명함 이미지는 제외)가 사용자 본인의 Railing 계정 저장소로 전송됩니다. 전송은 연동을 켠 동안에만 일어나며, 설정에서 연결 해제로 언제든 중단할 수 있습니다. 로그인 세션은 기기 Keychain에만 저장됩니다.

메일 발송 방식

메일은 기기에서 사용자의 SMTP 제공자로 직접 전송됩니다. 당사는 메일 서버를 운영하지 않으며 메일 내용이나 수신자 정보에 접근하지 않습니다.

제3자 제공

당사는 데이터를 판매·공유하지 않습니다. 모든 데이터는 기기에만 저장됩니다.
백업은 설정 → 백업 내보내기로 사용자가 직접 관리하는 로컬 JSON 파일을 통해 이뤄집니다.

사용자 권리

앱에서 언제든 연락처를 삭제할 수 있으며, 삭제 시 로컬 데이터와 예약된 후속 메일이 제거됩니다.
메일은 동의 처리된 연락처에만 발송되며, 수신자는 회신으로 수신거부할 수 있습니다.

아동

본 앱은 만 13세(EEA 16세) 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다.

Information we process

Contact data you scan (name, email, phone, company, department, title, custom memo fields, optional card image). Stored only locally on your device and, with your permission, in your iOS Contacts. Never uploaded to us or any third party.
Your SMTP credentials. Host/username are stored locally; the password is stored only in the device Keychain and is never transmitted to us.
Consent records. Whether a scanned contact agreed to receive email, and when.

No ads, no tracking, no analytics SDKs

The app contains no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDKs. It makes no network calls except sending your email to your own SMTP server and the optional Railing sync (only when you enable it).

How email is sent

Emails are sent directly from your device to your SMTP provider. We do not operate a mail server and do not receive, store, or access your emails or recipients.

Data sharing

We do not sell or share your data. All data stays on your device.
Back up your data yourself via Settings → Export backup (a local JSON file you control).

Your choices and rights

Delete any contact anytime; deletion removes its local data and scheduled follow-ups.
Email is only sent to contacts you mark as consented. Recipients may opt out by replying.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13 (16 in the EEA).
